bk4 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using any bk4 service. By accessing your account you agree to be bound by these terms.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and bk4 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bk4 website and all gaming services offered through it. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a wager on bk4, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all Users of the bk4 platform, including players who access bk4 from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other locations in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bk4 platform. 1. Eligibility and Age Verification
To register and use bk4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. bk4 does not permit use by any person under 21 years old under any circumstances.
- You must be registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- You must provide truthful and accurate personal information during registration. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account closure.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with bk4 or under a self-exclusion period at the time of registration.
- You must use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of automated software, bots, or AI-assisted tools to place wagers is strictly prohibited.
bk4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including during withdrawal requests. Accounts may be suspended pending identity verification. Documents accepted include national ID card, passport, and driving licence.
2. Account Registration and Security
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active bk4 account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different mobile numbers linked to the same individual — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bk4 will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.
Account Credentials and Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your bk4 login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. bk4 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bk4 support immediately via live chat or the support email.
Account Closure by bk4
bk4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where the account holder has breached these Terms, has provided false registration information, is suspected of fraudulent activity, or has engaged in behaviour detrimental to the fair operation of the platform. In the event of account closure for cause, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Genuine cash balances will be returned to the verified payment method used for deposits.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bk4 are governed by the following rules:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no upper limit on standard account deposits. All deposit methods are fee-free on bk4's side; your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction charges.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bk4 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as having originated from a third party will be reversed and the associated funds frozen pending investigation.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) are processed within one business day. All times are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
- bk4 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Players may be asked to submit a copy of their national ID, proof of ownership of the payment method used, and any other documentation reasonably requested. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in withdrawal processing being suspended.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account matching the account used to make the initial deposit. bk4 will not send withdrawal funds to a different mobile wallet or bank account than the one used for deposits, unless the original method is no longer active, in which case bk4 support must be contacted to arrange an alternative.
bk4 is not responsible for delays in withdrawal processing caused by network outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events. Where a withdrawal is delayed beyond the published processing time through no fault of the Player, bk4 support should be contacted via live chat for assistance.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
bk4 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without completing the applicable wagering requirement. Standard wagering requirements are stated on each promotion's detail page.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts or payment methods will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
- bk4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled before you have completed the wagering requirement, any remaining unwagered bonus balance will be removed from your account and any winnings derived from the bonus that are below the rollover threshold will be forfeit.
- Free spins are valid for 24 hours from the time they are credited unless stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins are subject to a rollover requirement before withdrawal.
bk4 applies bonus abuse detection systems. Where the platform identifies that a player or group of players is exploiting bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering patterns intended to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk — bk4 reserves the right to confiscate any winnings derived from such activity and close the accounts involved.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
RNG and Game Integrity
All slot games and virtual casino games available on bk4 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that all game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any external factor, including the platform, the game provider, or the player. RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party testing bodies. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are published by each game provider and are available on request.
Live Casino Rules

6. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit limits: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you set yourself. Once a lower limit is applied it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: set a notification to alert you after a specified gaming session duration. This does not force a logout but provides a reminder to take a break.

- Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes or betting markets.

- Registering or operating more than one bk4 account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account to circumvent these Terms.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing bk4 staff, live casino dealers, or other players in any communication channel.
bk4 employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bk4 will act without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and its player community.
8. Limitation of Liability
bk4 provides its gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk4 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bk4 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
In no event shall bk4, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if bk4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bk4's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
9. Amendments to These Terms
bk4 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bk4 will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account — either by on-platform notification, email, or SMS to the registered mobile number — at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. The revised Terms will also be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the bk4 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting bk4 support.
